The Village of Sayward invites quotations from qualified vendors for the procurement and installation of four generators to power four sanitary sewer lift stations to support the Village sanitary sewer collection system.

Quotations clearly marked “RFQ 02-21 Backup Generators” will be accepted at the office of the Village of Sayward at PO Box 29, 652-A H’Kusam Way, Sayward, BC V0P 1R0, until 4:00 pm PST on Friday, August 20th, 2021.

All prices must be quoted in Canadian dollars with applicable taxes shown separately.  Prices are to remain valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the submission deadline.

The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that the quotation is received at the Village of Sayward office before the submission deadline. 

The following criteria will be used to select the most advantageous quotation:

  1. Ability to meet the time requirements and stipulations as specified in this RFQ;
  2. Relevant experience and qualifications; and
  3. Lowest price to the Village of Sayward.
