Join us for a Community Open House to learn more about two very important projects within the community. The Village plans on discussing and sharing information on the MacMillan Drive Drainage project and a required update to the Official Community Plan (OCP).
With respect to the drainage project, the Village will be presenting to the public draft engineering design solutions to the flooding impacting residents on MacMillan Drive. We will be seeking your input and answering questions you may have regarding the project.
With respect to the update of the OCP, the Village Planner will be on site to discuss draft updates to the existing OCP and improvements necessary to meet new requirements flowing from provincial legislations. This is not an engagement session on a draft new official community plan, rather engagement on draft amendments to the existing Official Community Plan. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share your input, and stay informed on what’s ahead for Sayward.
