NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to sections 94 and 40(3) and (4) of the Community Charter that the portion of a municipal highway shown on the sketch plan attached to this Notice as Schedule “A” – Road Closure Plan and identified as “Road to be Closed” comprising 256.6 square metres (the “Property”), is the subject of the Village of Sayward Highway Closure and Dedication Removal Bylaw No. 492, 2022 (the “Road Closure Bylaw”).
The Council of the Village of Sayward intends to adopt the Road Closure Bylaw and to approve the disposition of the Property at the Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday February 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at 652 H’Kusam Way, Sayward, B.C. Any person who deems themselves affected by this matter may provide a written submission to the Village of Sayward to be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023, or may appear to speak at the Council meeting.
