Women’s Exercise Workout with DVD (Mondays)

An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Monday, repeating until April 24, 2017
Ladies, join us in the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to work out with one of our many exercise DVDs (low- and moderate-impact aerobics, Zumba, etc.) played on a 165″ screen. Participants will gain strength and tone with cardio & weights. Class led by non-certified volunteers. New participants are always welcome. All participants must sign a waiver, on a yearly basis.
Monday & Friday: Ladies’ moderate-impact workout, including aerobics, Zumba, etc. Participants will gain strength and tone with cardio and weights.
Wednesday: Ladies’ Low Impact Circuit Workout. Participates will gain strength and tone at a slower pace.
