Join us at the Kelsey Centre every Sunday afternoon for Aquacise! You’ll get a moderate cardio workout: toning muscles, strengthening thighs, back, and abdominal muscles while avoiding impact on joints. Participants must sign a waiver and medical forms annually. Regular program fees apply.
